Breathwork Preparation & Contraindications
If you want to participate in the Breathwork session during the Eclipse Hangout, there are a few things to keep in mind to ensure you have the best possible experience.
As your experienced and certified Breathwork Facilitator, I am dedicated to guiding you through this transformative practice. My training and expertise ensure that the session is conducted safely and effectively, allowing you to explore deep physical and emotional release in a supported environment.
Please prepare accordingly.
Here are the necessary steps to ensure a smooth and beneficial experience
To prepare for the session:
- Ensure you have a comfortable place to lie down (bed, couch, or floor on a yoga mat).
- Set up drinking water.
- Use headphones for the full sound experience (highly recommended).
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
- Optional: an eye mask.
- Fully charge your laptop or mobile device, or plug it into a power source to prevent it from turning off during the session.
- Please do not consume alcohol or drugs on the day of the session.
- Do not eat heavy meals before the session (ideally, we breathe on an empty stomach).
- Take some time for integration after the workshop
(e.g., journaling, nature walk, warm bath).
